VAA-SITES provides free web space to PhotoImpact International Supporters and Beginner's Workshop Graduates who do not have access to their own host but would like to share in the experience of having a place to build a home on the Web.
You must agree to the following terms and conditions. Any violation of these terms will be subject to cancellation of your account. Should you become an inactive member your account will be removed without notice.
VAA-SITES has a limited number of accounts to offer and would like as many people as possible to take advantage of this opportunity.
Your account will be active for 6 months from the day it is activated. After 6 months, your account will be cancelled so that space can be made available to others who are waiting. We will give you approximately a week's notice, with options. Please contact us at any time for affordable web-hosting.
BW Graduates: Your account will come with 20 megabytes of space.

PI-I Supporters: Your account will come with 40 megabytes of space.
If you're a graduate who becomes a supporter, your space will be brought up to the 40Mb level.
Content will be monitored each month and you will be notified if you go over your alloted amount.
Your space may not be used for file sharing (Kazaa or other "user to user" file sharing programs) or for download access to files which would result in heavy traffic to the server(bandwidth). Doing so may result in immediate removal of your account.
All services provided by VAA-SITES may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, City or International law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene or material protected by trade secret and other statute, and invasion of privacy. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless VAA-SITES from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
All pornographic content and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on all VAA-SITES servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content or links to adult content elsewhere. VAA-SITES will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision.
Sites that promote illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to VAA-SITES servers or any other server on the Internet are prohibited. Links to such materials are also prohibited.
Examples of unacceptable content or links are, but not limited to:
VAA-SITES will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Your FREE space at VAA-SITES may NOT be used for profit. This means you may not offer anything for sale, offer a paid-for service, or use clickable advertisements that pay commissions.
VAA-SITES will not provide means for backing up your files on the server. It is your responsibility to make sure you have copies of any files you have placed on the server.
All support, technical or otherwise, must be made by a posting a help request on the PI-I Bulletin board in the appropriate forum (PI-I Help & Tech Support). For FTP access, user name and password problems, click on the Contact link below.
